摘要
分析图书编辑的工作与目标,提出图书编辑应具备职业兴趣、政治思想素质和扎实的专业基础等基本素质,优秀编辑还应具有创新意识和创新能力、科技意识、商业意识和市场感觉、社交和组织能力、版权意识等更高的素质。
The paper analyzed the work and objectives of book editors, and proposed that, in addition to the basic quality of professional interest, ideological quality and professional foundation, excellent editors should have some higher qualities, such as good sense of innovation and creativity, awareness of science and technology, business sense and market feel, communication and organizing ability, copyright awareness, and so on.
