摘要
创业是一项非常具有挑战性的社会活动,是对创业者的智慧、能力和气魄、胆识的全面考验。由于其强烈的个性色彩,因此对创业者的个人素质和能力有特定的要求。就大学生创业应具备的能力和素质进行了阐述。
Starting an undertaking is a kind of social activities with challenge, which is to completely test the entrepreneur＇ s wisdom, ability and courage. Due to its strong personality, the entrepreneurs have to possess the specific personal qualities and abilities. This article states the college students＇ qualities and abilities in starting an undertaking.
