摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定麝香止痛贴膏的药材浸膏中欧前胡素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，COSMOSIL MS-Ⅱ柱（250mm×4．6mm，5um）；流动相：甲醇-水（54：46）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长：300nm：柱温：40℃。结果欧前胡素在25．12～226．1ng范围内呈良好的线性关系，回收率为99．95％，RSD为1．84％。结论本方法简便、快速、准确，可用于测定麝香止痛贴膏药材浸膏中欧前胡素的含量。
Objective： To establish HPLC to determine the Imperation Content in Medicinal Materials of Muskiness Analgetic Plaster. Method： HPLC was adopted. COSMOSIL MS - Ⅱ eolum （250mm ×4.6mm, 5um） ; mobile phase： methanol -water （54 ： 46） ; velocity： 1.0mL· min^-1; vetection wavelength： 300nm; column temperature： 40℃. Results： In the scope of 25.12 -226. lng the imperation content was in an excellent linear relationship, and the recovery was 99.95% , RSD was 1. 84%. Conclusions： This method is so simple, efficient and accurate that it can be used to determine the imperation content in medicinal materials of muskiness analgetie plaster.
