摘要
随着经济体制改革的不断深入，市场经济的逐步建立和完善，经济增长方式的转变，企业的经营管理也将发生一系列重大的转变。这里就有关企业经营管理方式的转变进行一些探讨，以期对当前乃至今后一段时期内我国企业经营管理的发展方向进行研究和把握。
With the unceasing penetration of the restructuring of economic systems, the gradual establishment and perfection of the market economy, and the transformation of the economic growth mode, a series of significant transformations will occur in the business management & administration. Here, my paper conducted some probes into the transformation of the business management & administratim mode, so that we could make some researches into and make sure of the current and even subsequent period of the development orientation of the business management & administration in our country.
