摘要
研究了Tb(3+)离子与三种苯二甲酸发生的荧光反应。研究发现,引入三辛基氧化膦(TOPO)后,Tb(3+)~(间-)苯二甲酸体系和Tb(3+)~(对-)苯二甲酸体系中Tb(3+)离子的545nm特征荧光增强了数十倍,而Tb(3+)~(邻-)苯二甲酸体系的荧光没有明显增强。简单讨论了荧光增敏的机理,并利用Tb(3+)~(间-)苯二甲酸~TOPO和Tb(3+)~(对-)苯二甲酸~TOPO两个体系,采用标准加入法测定了稀土样品中的微量Tb(3+),结果令人满意。
The fluorescent reactions of Tb3+ with three phthalic acids were studied in this paper.The study indicated that trioctylphosphine oxide(TOPO) was able to enhance the fluorescence intensity of both Tb3+^(m-) phthalic acid system and Tb3+^(p-) phthalic acid system but Tb3+^(o-) phthalic acid system. And the fluorescence intensity was a linear function of the concentration of Tb3+ in the ranges of 7. 5×10-10~6. 0×10-6mol/L(to Tb3+^(m-) phthalic acid system)and 1. 0×10-9~2. 0×10-7 mol/L(to Tb3+^(m-) phthalic acid system), with the detection limits 7. 5×10- 11 and 1. 0×10-10 mol/L, respectively. The standard additions method was used for the determination of Tb3+ in rare eaxth oxides with a satisfactory result produced.
