摘要
分析了抗震救援人员心理应激反应的主要表现,概括了汶川大地震对抗震救援人员心理的主要影响,提出了抗震救援人员心理危机干预的主要对策,旨在帮助广大救援人员加固和重塑心理结构,顺利度过危机,预防创伤后应急障碍,提高心理健康水平。
The main appearances of psychological stress reaction were analyzed, the influences of Wenchuan earthquake on psychological situation in rescue workers were summarized, and the mental intervention countermeasure were offered to strengthen and remodel psychic structure, to live through crisis successfully, to prevent post-traumatic stress disorder （PTSD） and to increase mental health.
