摘要
师德是教师职业素质的灵魂和核心。加强高校师德建设,对于培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要意义。当前高校师德中存在着信仰缺失、责任缺位、功利倾向严重、治学态度不端正、协作意识不强、表率意识弱化等问题,加强高校师德建设应从落实教师聘任制、优化校园环境、强化机制建设等方面入手。
Professional ethics is the goal and core part of teachers＇professional quality. To strengthen the college teachers＇ethical development is of great significance in cultivating highly qualified builders of socialism and reliable successors. At present, there are many problems exist among college teachers, such as the lack of faith and responsibility, serious utilitarian tendency, scholarly research attitude is not correct, do not have a strong sense of collaboration, the weaking awareness of example etc. The way of strengthening the college teachers＇ethical development lies in implementation of appointment system, optimization of campus environment, strengthening the building of mechanism.
