幽门螺杆菌毒力基因与胃癌发病机制的关系 被引量：7

摘要 自1983年Warren和Marshall报道了幽门螺杆菌（ Helicobacter Pylori, Hp ） 以来．就受到了医学界和生物学界的普遍关注。1994年世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构（IARC）将其列为人类Ⅰ类致癌原。Hp致病性的差异与其基因型的多态性有关，与胃癌发生相关的特定基因则为却毒力基因。本文就Hp的毒力基因及其对宿主细胞的致癌作用作一综述。
