摘要
图书馆事业正经历着历史性变革。图书馆的功能与工作方式由于现代科学技术的注入正在发生巨大的变化。要适应上述变化，就必须开展对图书馆员的继续教育。本文从敬业精神、知识技能和心理素质三个方面着重论述了继续教育的主要内容。
The main contents, targets and modes on continuous education for librarians are discussed from working spirits, intellectual techniqure and psychological quality.
