摘要
针对煤矿大量的矿车在使用中经常出现的漏油、甩轮对和使用寿命短等现象,分析研制了端盖式新型密封矿车轮对。通过改进轮对的密封结构、注油油堵的位置和端盖挡板的结构,大大改善了密封性能,延长了使用寿命,提高了强度,避免了损坏和安全事故,同时也大大减少了维修量,节省了轴承、润滑脂等原材料,具有良好的经济和安全效益。
During the tramcars used in coal mine, there exist many problems such as leaking oil, swinging wheels and the short using life. Aiming at these problems, the wheel-set of the new-type airproof tramcar with fixed end covers is analyzed and developed. By improving the sealing structure of the wheel-set, the position of oil blockage and the structure of the end cover baffle, the sealing performance and strength of the wheel-set is greatly improved, so the damage and accidents are avoided. And the service life is extended. The maintenance is greatly reduced, saving bearings, lubricants and other raw materials. This improved wheel-set has good economic and safety benefits.
