摘要
用睾丸的分散细胞悬滴法制备玻片标本，观察幼年小白鼠睾丸内出现精子的确切时间．实验研究结果表明，小鼠出生后第３７ｄ于睾丸内见有精子出现，当小鼠出生后至第３８ｄ时，睾丸内的精子数量明显增多．
Sample of the glass slide was created by dint of hanging drop from separate cells of testis in the mice and we have obseved the appearing time of spermatozoon in the testis with childhood mice The study shows that spermatozoa in the testis of a mouse appear after thirty-seven days of his birth and the number of spermatozoa in the testis obviously increased on the thirty-eighth day of his birth
