摘要
目的探讨老年脑卒中患者家庭功能对生存质量的影响。方法调查79例老年脑卒中患者家庭功能和生存质量情况,运用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学处理。结果家庭功能良好者51例,占64.56%;中度障碍者18例,占22.78%;严重障碍者10例,占12.66%。在情感反应、躯体活动、精力、社会生活、睡眠、疼痛六个维度评分中,家庭功能良好者均优于家庭功能障碍(P<0.01)及严重障碍者(P<0.05)。结论老年脑卒中患者家庭功能影响患者生存质量,出院指导及社区护理教育计划要重视家庭功能评估和指导。
Objective Discussion of stroke in elderly patient with family function on the quality of life. Methods We followed up the family function and survival quality for 79 cases of elderly stroke patients. Resuits 51 elderly patients got good scores on family function, accounting for 64. 56%. 18 patients were moderately insufficient,accounting for 22. 78%. 10 patients were seriously insufficient, occupying 12. 66%. In the 6 aspects grading of emotional reaction, body activities, energy, social life, sleeping and pain, patients with good family function were superior to those with insufficient and severe insufficient family function （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The survival quality of elderly stroke patients is related to the family function. Therefore family function consultation and instruction are very important, which should be included in the plan of discharge instruction and community nursing care education.
