冠心病合并糖尿病患者的冠脉造影特点及支架置入术的疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的分析冠心病合并2型糖尿病的冠脉造影结果,观察冠脉内支架置入的临床疗效。方法比较32例冠心病合并糖尿病患者与75例无糖尿病患者的冠脉造影结果,并比较两组患者冠脉内支架的置入术疗效。结果①两组患者病变支数及部位构成比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②与无糖尿病冠心病比,冠心病合并糖尿病的冠脉病变更复杂、更严重,两组即刻手术成功率高。结论冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠脉内支架置入术安全有效,能显著降低心脏不良事件发生。
