摘要
目的探讨肠内营养对慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭者营养状况改善的效果。方法用留置鼻胃管鼻饲法,观察对比25例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭者的营养状况,平均时间1个月。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭者(治疗后)血清白蛋白和体质量测量指标均显著增高(P<0.05)。结论合理的肠内营养可以明显改善此类患者的营养状况,缩短带机时间和ICU住院时间,并降低治疗费用。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanied by respiratory fallre. Methods 25 patients with COPD complicated by respiratory failre were treated with neutrition support agent given by flocare pur tube for a mean time of 30 days. Results The results showed that the serum albumin and the body weights of patients with COPD accompanied by respiratory failre significantly increased （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Reasonabla EN may improve the nutrition statuse of patients with COPD accompanied by respiratory failre and, shorten the course of disease and decrease the complication, the more , reduce expenditure of the treatment.
