上尿路上皮肿瘤的腔内治疗 被引量：1

摘要 一、概述 肾盂输尿管尿路上皮肿瘤相对少见，占泌尿系上皮肿瘤的5％～6%。尿路上皮肿瘤标准手术方法为患侧肾输尿管全切术和膀胱袖套状切除。由于尿路上皮肿瘤发病呈多灶性的特点，双侧上尿路可同时或相继出现多个病灶，因此部分学者提出对部分早期肾盂输尿管上皮肿瘤行保留患侧肾脏和输尿管的肿瘤腔内切除术，尤其对于孤立肾、双侧上尿路肿瘤及部分肾功能不全的患者，内镜下行肿瘤切除术往往是较好的选择。
