摘要
根据设计要求及给定的圆弧齿轮泵参数,采用分阶式双圆弧齿轮形式,进行圆弧齿轮的齿形设计,分析切齿时产生的变位对齿轮的影响以及修正方法,并建立了圆弧齿轮的数字化模型。
According to the requirement and pump parameter ofwildhaber-novikov gear, using stepped double arc tooth profile novikov gears, this article designs the shape of the tooth, analyzes the influence of deflection to the tooth, and builds up the digital model ofwildhaber-novikov gear.
