摘要
以凹凸棒黏土、固体NaOH为原料制备了洗涤剂助剂δ-层状结晶二硅酸钠。考察了凹凸棒黏土酸浸条件、干燥温度和时间、转晶温度和时间等对产品钙离子交换能力的影响,实验证明,凹凸棒黏土酸处理最优的工艺条件为采用20%的硫酸,80℃下反应2 h,原土∶H2SO4溶液=1∶4(质量%)。δ-层状结晶二硅酸钠合成实验的最优工艺条件为n(SiO2)/n(Na2O)=2(摩尔比),干燥温度为160℃,干燥时间为2 h,转晶温度和时间分别为720℃和2 h,采用HTTACHIS-3000N型扫描电子显微镜和SCINTXTRA型X射线衍射仪对产品进行了表征。
δ-crystalline sodium disilicate was made with attapulgite and solid sodium hydroxide. The influences of acid dipping conditions, drying temperature and time, rotating crystal temperature and time on the exchanging ability of calcium ions was studied. The results showed that the optimum technical conditions for acid treatment of attapulgite were 20% sulfuric acid, 2 h reaction time on 80℃ , original soil: sulfuric acid solution = 1 : 4 (mass % ), and the optimum technical conditions for B-crystalline layered sodium disilicate synthesis were n (SiO2)/n (Na2O) = 2 (mole ratio), drying temperature 160 ℃, drying time 2 h, rotating crystal temperature 720℃ and rotating crystal time 2 h. HTTACHIS- 3000N SEM and XRD were used for product attribute.
