The expansion and development of the future enterprises need to grasp the existing resources and to stabilize the relationship with the key customers is of prime importance. Innovation and control is a double-edged sword. In the hot market competition, the person who grasps the needs of the customers first and who can innovate, optimize and control the relationship with the customers can remain invincible.
