摘要
论述了在ANSYS Workbench环境下对斗轮堆取料机关键零部件参数化建模后有限元分析的基本原理,研究了有限元分析的方法,实践了门座架有限元分析优化的整个过程,并针对分析过程中容易出现的问题提出了有效的解决方法,讨论了在ANSYS Workbench环境下对所设计产品的零部件进行有限元应力及变形分析,有效地解决了传统设计中产品开发周期长、设计结果偏于保守、工作效率低等问题。
The paper expounds the basic principle and method of finite element analysis of parametric model of key parts in bucket - wheel stacker & reelaimer based on ANSYS Workbeneh, It also puts forward the solution to problems the process of finite element analysis and optimization design of the portal, and conducts the stress and deformation finite element analysis under ANSYS Workbeneh environment. This way ean serve to shorten the design time, make design more precise and enhanee design efficiency.
