摘要
随着"90后"大学生进入高校,面对着新一代极具特色的青年,高校思想政治教育各个方面都面临着新的挑战。因此必须了解"90后"大学生的思想、心理特征,探寻思想政治教育的有效途径,教育者只有不断促进自身的全面发展,谋求大学生的利益兼容,才能做到因材施教。
With the accession of 90 - generation university students, a generation of their characteristics, challenges are presenting in the work of ideological and political work. We should explore new efficient ways to carry education on them with understanding their thoughts and psychological features. Educators should improve themselves and the work should be in accordance with the interests of students so as to carry education according to their aptitude.
