摘要
在建设和谐社会的背景下,针对我国现阶段渔业发展中出现的一些问题,加强平安渔业建设尤为重要。文章从渔业生产安全、渔业政策性保险制度、渔业专业合作经济组织和渔区社会保障体系建设四个角度出发,在考察世界各国平安渔业建设成功经验的基础上,得到对我国平安渔业建设的一些有益启示。
In the background of building a harmonious society, it is particularly urgent to perfect safe fishery construction, because of the serious problems in Chinese development of the fishing industry at this stage. This article inspects some successful experience about the safe construction of fishery in the world, and gets some useful enlightenment to the safe construction of fishery in our country. To concluded, the article is based on four aspects including fishery production safety, fishery policy insurance system, fishery specialized cooperative economic organizations and social security system in fishery construction.
