摘要
应用生态足迹计算模型,以新疆2007年统计数据为基础,对新疆乌昌地区生态可持续发展状况进行评估。计算结果表明乌昌地区人均生态赤字为3.584197 hm2,人均生态足迹已远远超过其生态承载力,生态赤字较为严重,区域生态处于不可持续的发展状态。就此提出了减少生态赤字的对策:坚持科学发展观、提高土地生产力、减少化石能源用地赤字、提高科技水平、发展生态旅游。
Based on the statistical data of Urumqi and Changji in 2007 we calculated and analyzed the ecological footprint of Urumqi and Changji by the method of ecological footprint analysis,and the ecological surplus of deficit was 3. 584 197 hm2. Therefore the regional ecological deficit in Urumqi and Changji is much higher than its ecological bearing capacity, social and economic development was not in sustainable situation. And the strategies of reducing ecological deficit in Urumqi and Changji were also put forward.such as improvement of land productivity, reduction of fossil fuel land deficit, increase of the technological level,and development the eco-tourism etc.
