摘要
以成都市寿险代理人的收入现状为例,通过向成都市多家有代表性的寿险公司发放封闭式问卷,搜集成都市寿险代理人的收入现状数据,对其收入影响因素进行研究.通过运用多元回归的思想与EVIEWS3.1软件对影响其收入的多种因素建立回归方程,并对模型变量进行参数估计、假设检验等统计学分析,得出代理人职级、性格、培训时间、学历等因素与收入之间的相关关系和影响程度.然后对解释变量中几大重要的影响因素进行原因分析.最后根据以上对各影响因素的分析,建议寿险公司若想提高自身业务收入,应在选择代理人时重视考核代理人的性格、学历,并重对代理人的针对性培训.
This article focuses on research of income status and influential factors of income of life insurance agents in Chengdu. Data of income status and influential factors of income are collected via distributing questionnaires to main life insurance companies in Chengdu. Correlativity and influential degrees between factors like insurance agent post, temperament, professional training time.., and income can be calculated via using idea of multiple regression and software of EVIEWS3.1 to set up a regressive equation, estimate parameters, and do hypothetical exams of the equation. Then reasoning analysis among important explanatory variables will be pursued. Finally, according to analysis of influential factors, some suggestions are advanced on behalf of life insurance companies, in order to enhance the general income of insurance agent and revenue of companies themselves.
