摘要
以空调器压缩机电机转子为例详细阐述了油压式转子压铸模的结构设计要点与工作过程,在结合自己多年实践经验的基础上通过采用华铸CAE软件进行流动分析,最后得出了一道合理而实用的流道系统方案,使得模具的压铸缺陷大大降低,进而提高了转子的转速,改善了压缩机的工作性能。
Taking the air-condition compressor rotor as an example, the main design points and working process of diecasting die for the compressor rotor were stated in detail. Last educed a sort of reasonable runner system project by Hua-zhu CAE software based on years＇ practice experience. It reduced the diecasting disfigurement of the die, improved the rotor＇s rotate speed and ameliorates the work capability of the air-condition compressor.
