摘要
通过对我国经济发达省份创建公共图书馆服务体系经验的总结,得出四个方面的启示:即加强政府在公共服务体系中的监督管理权;真正提高对公共服务的认识并以相关法律作保障;图书馆的发展要与经济发展和城乡建设同步进行;确保对图书馆的经费投入并广开资金来源渠道。
Through summarizing the experience in founding the public library service system, the enlightenment may be gained in four aspects as follows：strengthening the government＇s supervision and management in public service system; correctly understanding the public service and ensure it into realization with corresponding laws; maintaining that economic construction of city and countryside should be developed with the library; enswring the government＇s investment in libraries and opening up the way to the source of funds.
