摘要
与目前广泛使用的锁模器相比,碳纳米管饱和吸收体具有超快恢复时间(100fs)、宽带宽、高光损伤阈值、易制作以及与光纤和纳米器件兼容等优点。对基于碳纳米管的饱和吸收体的超短脉冲光纤激光器进行综述,针对目前存在的问题,指出了其发展方向。
Carbon nanotubes have outstanding optical properties over the existing mode lockers including ul- trashort recovery time (-100fs), wide operating bandwidth, high optical damage threshold, easy manufacturing, as well as excellent compatibility with fibers and nanodevices. In this paper, the ultra-short pulse fiber lasers using carbon nanotubes as saturable absorber are reviewed, and the future development is recommended based on the current situation of the problems existed in the area.
