摘要
为构建分布式网络测控系统,提出了基于高性能浮点数字信号处理器TMS320C6713的网络智能传感器模块设计,并具备时间统一支持的能力。采用FPGA对物理介质无关接口操作的方案,实现了处理器通过同步串口接入网络,结合DSP强大的数据处理能力对数据进行预处理和灵活的网络协议封装;采用"DSP+主机"的方案实现了传感器模块DSP程序的网络调试和更新;提出了基于开环的时间传递方法,实现了分布式网络时间统一支持体系的建立。
In order to construct distributed network measurement and control system, the design of networked sensor module based on float digital signal processor TMS320C6713 with unified time is presented. The method that TMS320C6713 links to network through Medium Independent Interface (MII) is analyzed in detail and realized by FPGA, and the data acquired by the sensor can be processed and packaged with network protocol flexibly by DSP because of its powerful data processing capability. The design of "DSP + host" is put forward, the host is the debugging server for DSP and works as an independent network node, so as to realize download DSP program download of the probe through network. The open-loop time transfer method in Ethernet is presented, which is based on MII timestamp, and the unified time system for ION is realized. The probe based on TMS320C6713 can be work as a part of ION or an independent instrument in exoeriment.
