摘要 本文提出一种改进的数学形态学边缘检测算法,对传统形态学边缘检测算子进行改进,得到一种双结构元的抗噪形态学边缘检测算子;选取了适于管制瓶视觉检测的结构元素;用基于多结构元素的数学形态学边缘检测方法进行管制瓶边缘检测。实验结果表明,与经典的边缘检测算子和传统形态学边缘检测算法相比,该算法在噪声环境下具有更好的边缘提取能力。该算法可用于管制瓶的机器视觉检测系统。 a novel edge detection algorithm based on mathematical morphology was p traditional morphological edge detection operator, one kind of double-structure anti-noise element morphological edge detection operator was brought up. The multi-structure elements suitable for the tube-type bottle machine vision inspection system were chosen. Then the edge detection results were obtained using the edge detection algorithm based on multi-structure elements morphology. Experiment result indicates that the proposed algorithm is more efficient for edge detection than conventional mathematical morphological edge detection algorithms and different edge detection operators under various noise environments, which is suitable for tube-type bottle machine vision inspection system.
