摘要
笔者通过介绍文化管理的概念及产生过程,结合工作实际,分析学员队实施文化管理的必要性,同时运用文化管理理论和方法在学员队管理上做了初步尝试。
The authers introduced the concept and development of culture management,analyzed the necessity of it′s application,utilized the theory and method to manage the student center of Chinese PLA General Hospital.
