摘要
论述600g/L吡虫啉悬浮剂的研制,通过选择润湿剂、分散剂、结构调节剂、抗冻剂和消泡剂确定最佳配方为:吡虫啉原药(含量≥96%)600g/L,润湿剂20~30g/L,复合分散剂10~15g/L,助分散剂10~15g/L,消泡剂4~5g/L,防冻剂40~50g/L,结构调节剂1~1.5g/L,余量为水。采用湿法研磨,该产品的悬浮率在98%以上,热贮[(54±2)℃,14d]吡虫啉分解率小于3%,产品各项指标符合悬浮剂要求。
High concentrate SC offer a number of benefits. These include: an absence of dust, absence solvent, high suspension rate on dilution, lower packing volume and production cost. This paper has introduced imidacloprid 600 g/L SC proparation and optimizing the recipe: imidacloprid 600 g/L, wetting agent 10-30 g/L, dispersing agent 10-15 g/L, auxiliary dispersing agentl0-15 g/L, defoaming agent 4-5 g/L, anti-freezing agent 40-50 g/L, structure regulator agent 1-1.5 g/L, with selecting wetting agent, dispersing agent, structure regulator agent, antifreezing agent and defoaming agent. Grinding by aqueous method show that the product suspension rate was over 98% and the decomposition rate of imidacloprid was less than 3% at (54±2)℃with 14 days which conformed to the requirements for the formulation.
