摘要
目的:优选出Progest乳膏剂性质优良,组成稳定的的乳化剂。方法:以外观、涂展性、细腻性及稳定性为考察指标,采用正交设计,以综合打分的方式筛选乳化剂。结果:选定5%十二烷基硫酸钠和1%单硬脂酸甘油酯混合乳化剂为优选乳化剂。结论:按照正交试验结果制备出的乳膏剂的处方组成稳定、合理、外观色泽光亮、质地细腻、涂展性好。
Objective： To select the best quality and stable emulsifying agent of progest cream. Methods： Using to orthogonal design select the emulsifying agent of progest cream, based on the appearance, subtleness, and stability. Results： The dodeca-Alkyl sodium sulfates of 5% and monoctadeeoic acid glycerolipid 1% as the of best emulsifying agent were chosen. Conclusion. Progest cream was well formed. It is rational stable and suitable for pharmaceutical production.
