摘要
本文根据试金理论推导出计算试金配料所需试剂公式,采用PC—1500计算机用于配料计算.对于各种原矿、精矿、尾矿等试金物料,选择了比较合适的硅酸度和还原力等参数,设计出试金配料的计算程序.只要输入试金样品的基本组成和欲称取试样的最大重量,计算机即可打印出比较合理的配料方案.本文还通过配料的具体应用实例,进行了验证.
In this paper, a formula to calculate the reagent needed for assay ingredient is derived based on assaying theory. The computer PC-1500 is employed to calculate the required ingredient. The proper parameters of acidity of silicon and reductibility are opted appropriately. Computer program for assay ingredient is designed. As long as to input the fundamental composition of assay specimens and their maximun weights desired, the computer can print a reasonable programme of ingredient at once.
In addition,the application of this method to assay ingredient is verified through concret example in this paper.
