摘要
提出了超(超)临界锅炉可靠性薄弱环节统计和分析,介绍了东方超临界600MW和超超临界1000MW锅炉主要设计特点,从锅炉设计的合理性、原材料及外购件的质量保证、生产和制造质量保证、现场安装服务指导四方面分析和采取措施,来保证锅炉安全可靠运行和机组具有高的可用率。
The analysis and statistics about the reliability weakness points of super-critical and ultral-supercritical boilers are done. The main design characteristics of Dongfang super-critical and ultral-supercritical boilers are introduced. In order to ensure the rationality of the boiler design, the quality assurance of raw material, outsourcing parts, manufacture and good installation service instruction are presented. These measures are necessary for the reliable and efficient operation of the boilers.
