摘要
目的了解南京地区人群献血状况、献血相关知识及献血意向,为无偿献血工作的改进和优化提供科学依据。方法采用专用调查表对高校学生、医务人员及社区居民等3类人群共1096人进行调查。结果所调查1096人中,34.8%的人有过献过经历,且医务人员高于社区居民和学生;献血相关知识知晓率不高,大多数问题回答正确率低于50%;42.2%的人愿意献血,打算成为应急献血员的人数只占33.4%,愿意捐献骨髓的人占26.8%。结论应有针对性地加大无偿献血相关知识宣传力度,正确引导,以提高居民无偿献血率,保证临床用血的安全。
bjectives To investigate the practice, knowledge and attitude about blood donation without compensation among population in Nanjing, and to provide scientific evidence for improving and optimizing the work of blood donation. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the three population 1 096 residents enrolled according to stratified cluster sampling. Results Total 34.8% of 1 096 residents had already dedicated blood donation without compensation and the proportion of donation in medical personnel was higher than in student or community population. The blood donation - related knowledge was relatively poor in them. The correct proportion about most of questions was less 50%. As for intent of blood donation, 42.2% of them people would like to donate blood, 33.4% planed to become an emergency blood donation , 26.8% would like to donate marrow. Conclusions This survey suggested that the propaganda about blood donation acknowledges with pertinence among population should be developed and extended to assure the safety of clinical blood use.
