摘要
目的通过对成都地震重灾区免疫规划工作所受影响及紧急运转分析,探讨地震后免疫规划工作灾后恢复、重建对策。方法开展灾区专题调查,收集当地免疫规划相关资料,进行综合分析。结果地震造成房屋、冷链、接种册证损失,儿童居住地改变,基础、加强免疫受到影响;目前重灾区免疫规划工作有很大程度恢复。结论灾区依然存在很多问题和困难,下一阶段应从硬件设施、人力资源、儿童预防接种信息管理、调整工作思路等方面加以建设。
Objective To analyse the impact on immunization activities in earthquake severely afflicted areas of chengdu so as to explore the strategy for recovering and reconstructing the immunization programme. Method A special survey in the disaster areas was carried out, and the local Immunization information was collected and analysed. Result The earthquake caused the housing and cold chain equipment being damaged, and vaccination files such as books and cards lost. Besides, children＇s residences were changed. All the based and strengthen immunization were affected. At present, the local mmunization activities have been resumed at a large extent. Conclusion The disaster area still exist many difficulties and problems. However, hardware facilities, human resources, children＇s vaccination information management should be strengthened at the next phase.
