Research on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of NiAl-Cr(Mo) Eutectic Alloy

摘要 通过在NiAl-Cr(Mo)合金中添加Ti、Hf、Nb、W难熔金属研究其铸态合金、经热处理后和定向凝固合金的显微组织和力学性能。研究结果表明,铸态合金中存在4个相,即NiAl相,α-Cr固溶体,Cr2Nb相和Ni2Al(Ti,Hf)相,其高温强度得到提高,在1100℃的屈服强度是467MPa,室温压缩塑性是17.87%;经处理后的铸态合金和定向凝固合金中无Cr2Nb相,转变为富含Hf的(Hf,Ti,Nb)相;定性凝固合金的屈服强度优于铸态合金,其断裂韧性比铸态合金提高31%。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast alloy, heat treatment alloy and directional solidification alloy were studied with titanium, hafnium, niobium and wolframium addition into NiAl-Cr(Mo) alloy. The results showed that there were NiAl phase, α-Cr solid solution, Cr2Nb phase and Ni2Al(Ti, Hf) in the alloy. Its strength at 1100℃ NiAl-Cr(Mo) is 467 MPa and compression plascity is 17. 87%. In comparison with NiAl-Cr(Mo) eutectioc alloy, its high-temperature strength is improved. In the as-cast alloy after heat treatment and directional solidificatioin alloy, Cr2Nb becomed Hf-rieh (Hf,Ti, Nb). And the yield strength of the dirctional solidification alloy is superier to that of the as-cast alloy, the fracture toughness of the former is 31 percent higher than that of the latter.
