摘要
对1993-2007年15年间贵州省获准立项的国家社科基金资助项目,从立项年代分布、项目类型分布、项目学科分布、立项机构分布、项目内容特征等方面进行了全面的统计和分析。结果表明:贵州获准国家社科基金立项项目总量较小,学科分布发展不平衡;获准立项的重点项目和青年项目比例偏底,权威学科学术带头人和研究型青年骨干人才缺乏;项目高度集中在少数科研院所,而大部分单位尚未有承担国家社科项目研究的能力。因此,对国家社科基金项目申报工作应高度重视,精心组织,要把握立项重点,关注特色学科,通过整合学术资源,加强机制建设,重视项目培育等措施,着力提高我省国家社科基金项目立项的数量和质量,以推动我省哲学社会科学研究的快速发展。
The present paper has conducted an all - round calculation and analysis of the NSSF research projects obtained from 1993 to 2007 in Guizhou in the following aspects： the year of the project obtained, the type of the project, the academic area that the project is in, the institution that has got it, the title of the project, and the like. The result has indicated that in terms of the number of the presided project, all those in Guizhou are not big, and distributed unevenly. In terms of key projects and projects for youth, the proportion is low. There is a lack of projects in important academic areas and for young researchers. There is a high concentration of the projects in a small number of institutions, and most departments are not competitive for these projects. Therefore, great attention should be paid to the application of NSSF projects; careful preparations should be made ; key projects and special areas should be developed; and construction of relevant departments should be enhanced through integration, so as to increase the number and improve the quality of the projects from NSSF in Guizhou to stimulate the development of humanities and social sciences in the province.
