摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济和高等教育改革的发展,传统的高校学生管理工作面临严峻的挑战。新形势下学校外部环境、学生主体、学校及高等教育改革的现状要求高校学生管理工作应树立"以人为本"的管理理念,积极探索适应时代要求的高校学生管理模式,改革和创新高校学生管理工作。因此,深入分析学生管理工作面临的新问题并提出对策、措施,无论是对于高校学生工作的有效管理,还是高校学生的健康成长都具有重要而现实的意义。
With the development of the socialist market economy and the reform of higher education in our country, the traditional management of university students is encountering with serious challenge. Under the new situation of college external environment, the students body, the universities and the present situation of higher education reform, all require that the management of students must be ＂human-oriented＂, must reform the present way of management and find out a new pattern corresponding to the new situation. It is of great and realistic significance to analyze the new problems and propose practical strategies and measures for effective management and healthy development of the students.
