摘要
目的:探讨急性脑外伤CT表现的新分型与预后的关系,为临床提高救治率,减少死亡率和后遗症提供理论依据。方法:对196例急性颅脑外伤患者的CT表现进行总结分型,并分析CT分型结果与预后的关系。结果:新的CT分型与预后呈明显负相关。结论:新的CT分型与预后有明显的相关性,对指导临床正确判断预后,确定恰当的治疗原则有重要的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between prognosis and new typing of acute eraniocerebral trauma based on com- puterized tomography （ CT）, and to provide a theoretical base for improving clinical remedy and lowering fatality. Method The CT ima- ges of 196 patients with acute craniocerebral trauma were summarized and classified, and the prognosis was statically analyzed. Results An obviously inverse correlation existed between new classification of CT images and prognosis. Conclusion The new classification of CT images on acute craniocerebral trauma has a statistical significance in the prognosis, it is of great importance in judging prognosis and cor- recting therapeutic principles.
