制冷剂混合物的可燃性试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据《蒙特利尔议定书》对CFC和HCFC物质的禁用规定,制冷剂的替代工作在不断加速,制冷剂混合物的使用日益广泛。有些可燃性的HFC或碳氢类化合物具有油溶性好、COP高等优点,因此商用的混合工质中常都至少含一种可燃组分,为此必须研究其可燃性以确保使用安全,本文介绍了可燃性实验的原理、实验台的组建和影响因素的分析,并对我们开发的二元和三元混合物如THR01和THR02进行了实验研究,结果表明实验具有很好的可信度,THR01和THR02都是不燃的。 The Copenhagon revision the Montreal Protocal states that CFCs and HCFCs should be phased out. There are many alternatives , most of those are mix- tures. There are at least one flammable component in the mixtures , because the flammable refrigerants such as HFCs or hydrocarbons have good miscibility with the mineral lubricant and higher COP value , Hence the experimental investigation on flammability ought to be done , We set up an experimental instrument for flammability. The mixtures THR01 and THE02 were tested , the results showed that the data in this work are reliahle and these mixtures are nonflammable.
