摘要
含金0.5-50mg/l的氰化液或矿浆中加入1.5-150mg/l的络合剂TMB,通过HW树脂柱或在矿浆中加入3g/l树脂作静态吸附.树脂柱吸附时工作吸附量为5-25mg/g,吸附效率为98.0-99.9%.一级和二级矿浆工艺的吸附效率分别为95.5%和99.8%.载金树脂在室温下用有机溶剂解吸,解吸率接近100%.树脂不需再生即可重复使用.
Putting 1.5-150mg/L complexing agent TMB into cyanide liquid of 0.5-50 mg/L gold content or into the cyanide ore pulp, and then sending the liquid through column loaded with resin HW or adding 3g/L of resin in the liguid, the static adsorbing of gold occured. The adsoption capacity was 5-25 mg/g and the adsorption efficiency was 98 to 99.9%.From the first and second grades of ore pulp, the adsorption efficiency were 95.5% and 99.9% respectively. Eluted with organic solvent at room temperature, the eluting efficiency of gold loaded resin was near to 100% and the resin was not needed to be regenerated bofore using again.
