摘要
采煤机、刮板输送机和液压支架是综合机械化采煤的主要设备,它们的生产能力和技术参数要相互匹配,结构尺寸也必须相互适合。简要阐述"三机"配套有关的采煤机主要技术参数,重点讨论"三机"生产能力的配套原则,提出"三机"结构尺寸的一系列配套要求,对采煤机的选型设计具有指导作用。
The full-mechanized coal mining is carried out by the set of equipment, including coal-shearer, scraper conveyer and hydraulic powered support. Their capabilities and technical parameters must be coordinated, and their matching structural dimensions must be fitted each other. The respective main technical parameters of shearer for coordination have been briefly discussed, and focus attention on the capability coordination. The coordinative requirements of structural dimensions are proposed. The study will be enable to guide the lectotype design of shearer.
