摘要 简要阐述了离子液体的概念和用途。将四氟硼酸-1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑离子液体[Bmim]BF4应用于碳酸丙烯酯的合成,以此来探讨离子液体在合成中的作用。研究结果表明,在碳酸丙烯酯的合成中用负载型乙酸锌作催化剂有良好的催化活性,结合使用离子液体[Bmim]BF4作溶剂,不仅可以得到很好的产率,而且与传统方法相比,具有两个明显优势:离子液体在合成碳酸丙烯酯的工艺中起了一定的促进作用,并且经过减压蒸馏,离子液体很容易的分离出来,可以重复使用;离子液体不易挥发,是很好的绿色溶剂。 The conception and function of ionic liquid were elaborated briefly. Ionic liquid [Bmim] BF4 was used in the synthesis of propylene carbonate to investigate the function of ionic liquid. The results of studies indicated that in the synthesis of propylene carbonate, supported zinc acetate which possessed favorable catalytic activity, combined with ionic liquid [Bmim]BF4 as solvent not only giving high productivity but also displaying two obvious advantages over traditional methods. There presented two advantages, that ionic liquid can improved the synthetic process of propylene carbonate; besides, ionic liquid could be easily separated from the product and used repeatedly through reduced pressure distillation. Finally, ionic liquid was a good nonvolatile green solvent.
