摘要
目的调查影响基层医院院前急救质量因素,并提出相应对策。方法对2006年1月至2008年6月之间在金坛市人民医院急救的14645例住院患者进行问卷调查、随访,并结合急救患者及家属对急诊科投诉和纠纷处理情况进行综合分析。结果影响基层医院院前急救质量的因素主要集中在医务人员急救能力、救护人员服务态度、院前急救设施缺陷、院前急救网络缺陷和院前急救管理缺陷等方面。结论建立健全院前急救管理制度,强化院前急救细节管理意识和提高急诊医务人员自身素质是保证院前急救成功和提高急救质量的重要保证。
Objective To obtain influence factors of quality of pre-hospital emergency in primary hos- pitaland put forward its solutions measures. Methods A questionnaire survey combined with fallow-up study and complaints from the patients＇ families was conducted among 14645 inpatients in Jintan People＇ s Hospital from January, 2006 to June, 2008 for the comprehensive analysis. Results The ildluence factors mainly focused on the pre-hospital care abilities and attitudes of the medical personnel, the limitations of pre-hospital care equipment, the limitations of pre-hospital care network and administrators and so on. Conclusions The establishment of sophisticated pre-hospital care management system, the strength of pre-hospital care management consciousness, the improvement of the qualifications of the medical personnel are the guarantee of the success of the pre-hospital care and the advancement of its quality.
