摘要
分析了我国建筑节能的必要性,指出住宅建筑节能关键在墙体,而开发新型墙体材料和墙体技术研究,实现节能住宅建筑体系,是一项集"材料、生产、应用"于一体,"产、学、研"相结合的系统工程,要以企业为主体,以工程项目为平台,以产业化为目标,逐步发展和完善。
This article has analyzed the necessity of construct residential building energy-saving in China, and pointed out that the wall body is the key of this. However accomplishing the residential building energy-saving system by developing and investigating the new materials and technology of the wall body is a complicated system project, which combines ＂production teaching and research＂ with the ＂materials manufacture and application＂. And this system project needs gradually development and perfection by means of enterprises, taking the engineering project as the platform, and using the industrialization as the goal.
