缺血性脑血管病的影像学诊断 被引量:11

摘要 脑血管疾病是目前世界范围内病残率和病死率最高的疾病之一,我国脑血管疾病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,发病年龄也趋于年轻化,其所造成的社会经济负担(包括医院、医师、药剂、康复治疗、间接消费等)〉200亿元人民币/年(全国脑血管病防治研究办公室提供)。其中缺血性脑血管病最为多见,占75%-90%。尽管缺血性脑血管病多为非致死性,但病残率极高,已成为严重的公共卫生问题并引起全社会的高度关注。
