吉林省部分地区猪源大肠杆菌磺胺耐药基因Sul2的分布研究 被引量:7

摘要 对吉林省部分地区分离的20株猪源大肠杆菌进行药物敏感性检测的结果表明:20株猪源大肠杆菌对磺胺类药物均耐药;耐药菌株的质粒检出率达100%。应用Sul2基因的特异性引物,以检出的质粒为模板,均成功地扩增出特异性目的条带。随机抽取3株猪源大肠杆菌的目的片断,克隆、测序的结果表明:3株猪源大肠杆菌的质粒上均含有磺胺耐药Sul2基因,且基因序列与文献报道相一致。含Sul2基因的质粒在吉林省部分地区分离的20株猪源大肠杆菌中广泛存在,且在吉林省部分地区猪源大肠杆菌对磺胺类药物的耐药性方面起到较为重要的作用。
