细胞凋亡与动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性关系的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 细胞凋亡，是指细胞在一定的生理或病理条件下，遵循自身程序自己结束其生命的程序性死亡。它是有一系列酶参与、由基因控制的一个主动的、高度有序的死亡过程，表现为细胞浆浓缩，染色质固缩，最后形成多个凋亡小体而被吞噬。对生物机体的正常发育及自身稳定具有极其重要的作用。细胞凋亡功能的失控、抑制或增加均会引起机体平衡失调，是多种疾病产生的重要原因之一。近年来发现细胞凋亡对不稳定的动脉粥样硬化斑块形成有一定作用，在预防和干预斑块进展方面有重要临床意义。
