摘要
近年来，三坐标测量机在接触测量和非接触测量，在计量室测量和在线测量，以及在开拓新型测量机方面，有了惊人的进步，各国学者围绕着高速度化、高精度化以及低价格化、耐环境性等方面，进行了大量的研究和开发。
In recent years, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) has developed in the respects of contact measurement, non contact measurement, measurement in testing laboratory and the development of new type measuring machine. Experts in many countries made lots of study and development on the technology of high accuracy, constreduction and environment endurance. This article introduced some of them.
