一种基于人体行走模式的下肢瘫痪功能性低频电刺激治疗仪 被引量:23

摘要 目的研发一种能模拟人体行走模式的功能性低频电刺激治疗仪。方法在前期临床研究基础上,根据人体正常行走时下肢主要肌群的收缩时序,研发出一种四通道功能性低频电刺激治疗仪,电刺激频率1~100Hz,电流强度0~110mA,脉宽≤600ms,连续输出,该治疗仪的电刺激模式可在步态周期中不同时序阶段同时或分别刺激相应肌群。结果通过分析实验室结果得知,该电刺激治疗仪能诱发下肢肌群产生类似于正常步行时的动作,基本达到预定设计目的。结论本课题组研发的多通道功能性低频电刺激治疗仪可用于中枢神经损伤后下肢瘫痪的康复治疗。
